DrArtex window film & ppf products are designed with the latest technology to provide optimal comfort and protection for your vehicle. DrArtex window films & ppf not only enhance the appearance of your vehicle, but also provide protection from harmful UV rays, reduce heat, and increase privacy. Each of our products undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure maximum performance and durability.

We offer a warranty on every DrArtex window film & ppf product. This warranty covers various issues due to manufacturing defects, including discoloration. If you experience any problems which are covered by the warranty, our customer service team is ready to assist you with quick and effective solutions. This warranty is a sign of our commitment to providing high quality products and satisfactory customer service.

1. Warranty Guarantees:
  1. Against product defects due to manufacturing defects include changes in product quality, the presence of lines/stains that affect the clarity of the window film, or shrinkage of the window film.
  2. Warranty includes protection against discoloration or fading of the film caused by exposure to UV light (does not include discoloration caused by chemicals or non-recommended cleaners).
  3. Against delamination, a condition in which the window film peels or separates due to a failure of adhesion (excludes delamination caused by improper installation and handling).
  1. Installation is not performed by an authorized Dr. Artex dealer or a party appointed by Dr. Artex Indonesia as a distributor.
  2. The buyer is unable to present the warranty card and purchase receipt when making a claim.
  3. Warranty form is not filled completely and correctly by Dr Artex Authorized Dealer.
  4. Car glass is opened/closed before 3 x 24 hours after installation because the window film did not adhere properly.
  5. The buyer cleans the inside glass installed with window film with liquid ammonia or alcohol and/or uses a rough and dirty cloth or chemicals that may damage the window film. 
  6. The window film is damaged by scratches / peeling due to misuse such as: accidents, fires, floods and other natural disasters, due to power window friction, due to prying / rubbing by sharp objects: scissors, pencils / pens, rings, cutters, etc.
  7. The surface of the window film attached with stickers or other attachments.
  8. If the window film is found to be problematic, the buyer is required to contact the authorized dealer where it was installed 1 x 24 hours and visit the nearest dealer representative.
  1. Before the goods are received after installation, please pay attention to whether the window film has been installed perfectly, if there are complaints, please contact the dealer where the installation is carried out.
  2. A slightly foggy view after installation (especially during cloudy/dark weather) is normal, this will disappear and clear after the drying process is complete for up to 4 weeks.
  3. Do not touch, if there are waves or bubbles after installation, and immediately contact the Dealer where your window film was installed.
  4. Cleaning the installed window film is sufficient with a clean soft cloth and water and to dry use a clean soft cloth and rub lightly only.
  1. For warranty claims, customers must present proof of purchase and a valid warranty certificate.
  2. Warranty claims require an inspection by an authorized service provider to determine if the malfunction or problem falls within the scope of the warranty. This inspection will identify the cause of the problem and verify if the warranty is still valid.
  3. If the claim is approved, the service provider will repair or replace the defective window film at no additional cost to the customer.

  1. The warranty period is adjusted to the type/series of film used. The following is the warranty period of DrArtex Window Films:

    – Aurora: 10 years warranty 

    – Nouva: 8 years warranty

    – Lumina: 7 years warranty

    – Luna: 5 years warranty
